3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information necessary for the provision of services. You agree to cooperate with Web Tech Gadgets in the execution of services and promptly respond to requests for information or clarification.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment terms will be outlined in the specific service agreement or contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services. Any additional costs incurred due to client-requested changes will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of the service engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
Web Tech Gadgets retains ownership of any intellectual property developed or provided as part of the services. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for their internal business purposes.
Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to cure the breach within a reasonable time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Web Tech Gadgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
